The short answer
Open the authenticated cashier from the operator’s official domain and compare the asset, network, full address, memo or tag, minimum and any expiry notice. Never assume that a saved address remains reusable.
Why a crypto deposit address can change
A receiving service can create a new address for a new payment request, transaction matching, privacy or custody operations. Bitcoin’s developer documentation describes a separate address per incoming payment as a practical way for a receiver to match a payment with a customer request.
A changed address can also mean that another asset, network, account or deposit session was selected. A previously successful deposit proves what happened in that earlier transaction; it does not establish that the old address remains assigned indefinitely.
Coinbase Exchange, for example, says it rotates deposit addresses while keeping previously generated Coinbase Exchange addresses associated with that Coinbase account. That is a Coinbase-specific policy and must not be generalised to a casino. Only the receiving operator can confirm whether an earlier address remains usable.
Treat the destination as one complete instruction
Do not compare the address in isolation. Record the operator and account, asset, named network, full destination, any memo or tag, current minimum, expected arriving amount and any payment-request expiry.
Changing one field can legitimately produce a different destination. Matching a token logo or the first and last few address characters is not enough to establish that the complete route is correct.
- Operator, official domain and signed-in account
- Asset and named network on both sides
- Full address plus any memo, tag or payment ID
- Minimum amount after sender fees
- Expiry notice, timer or new-session warning
Refresh the authenticated cashier before sending
Open a fresh session from the operator’s verified official domain, sign in and navigate to the deposit page without using an unsolicited message or advertisement. Reselect the intended asset and network, then compare the new instruction with the unsent wallet form.
If the address changes while a transfer form is open, stop before approval. Close duplicate cashier tabs, reopen the current instruction and copy or scan the destination again. Compare the complete destination on the wallet’s final confirmation screen.
Bitcoin payment requests can contain an address, amount and expiry information. The official developer guide recommends secure delivery because a man-in-the-middle attack could replace the destination. A QR code transports data; it is not an independent guarantee that the destination is genuine.
Do not rely on a screenshot or saved address
A screenshot, address book, previous transaction or browser history records an earlier instruction. None of them confirms that the instruction is still active for the current account and network.
Do not paste a deposit address into a public forum to ask whether it is safe. A blockchain explorer can show public transactions, but it cannot tell you which customer account a custodial service will credit.
Support may need a public transaction reference after a transfer. It does not need a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, casino password, two-factor code or remote access to a device.
Verify destinations without exposing wallet credentialsUSDT and other tokens need a separate network check
The ticker USDT does not identify a single transfer route. Tether officially supports multiple blockchain protocols, while an individual receiving platform can support only a subset.
Select the network named by the receiving cashier, then select the same network in the sending wallet. Do not infer compatibility from a familiar-looking address, a low quoted fee or the fact that both screens show the same ticker.
A changed address and a wrong-network transfer are different problems, but both require checking the full current instruction before broadcast.
Compare USDT as an asset-and-network pairCheck the minimum before a test transfer
A test transfer can reduce the amount exposed to a destination error only when both services support it and the amount that arrives meets the receiver’s current minimum. A below-minimum transfer can create a different support problem.
Check the casino minimum, the sender’s minimum and fee, the amount expected to arrive, any expiry and whether a second transfer requires a newly generated instruction. Do not send more than planned merely to satisfy an unexpectedly high minimum.
If you already sent to a previous address
Do not send a second deposit until the first has been identified. Save the transaction hash, asset, network, destination recorded on-chain, memo or tag, amount after fees, time and time zone, and the private account deposit status.
Check the transaction on an explorer for the network actually used. A confirmed transaction proves that the network accepted it; it does not prove that the casino matched it with the intended account.
Contact support through the operator’s official site. Ask whether the destination was assigned to the account, whether the asset and network are supported and which evidence is required for review. Keep identity documents and account screenshots out of public support channels.
BitStarz-specific note checked October 20, 2026
Use the deposit instruction displayed inside the current BitStarz cashier for the signed-in account. Markzino cannot confirm that an older BitStarz address remains assigned, and a previously successful deposit should not be treated as proof that it is reusable.
BitStarz’s public payment route was checked on October 20, 2026. Its public terms page returned an access restriction to the independent retrieval check, so this guide does not claim a current address-reuse, minimum-deposit or wrong-network recovery rule. Confirm those details in the authenticated cashier or with official BitStarz support before transferring.

Confirm the official domain, intended account, asset, network, complete destination, any memo or tag, amount expected to arrive and payment-request expiry. Recheck the wallet’s final confirmation screen immediately before approval.
For Bitcoin, the next stage is broadcast and confirmation. Keep the transaction ID without exposing credentials, and investigate the original transfer instead of sending a duplicate.
A missing credit is not a reason to chase losses, increase the next deposit or play elsewhere while waiting. Stop if the delay is creating pressure to spend more.

Why did my crypto casino deposit address change?
The operator may generate a new address for a new payment request, account matching, privacy or custody operations. It can also change because another asset, network, account or session was selected.
Can I reuse an old casino deposit address?
Only the receiving operator can confirm that. A previous successful transfer does not prove that an old address remains assigned or supported.
Is it enough to compare the first and last characters?
No. Compare the complete destination on the wallet’s final confirmation screen, together with the asset, network and any memo or tag.
What if the QR code and written address differ?
Do not send. Reopen the authenticated cashier from the official domain and contact official support if the mismatch remains.
Should I send another deposit after using an old address?
No. Save the transaction details, check the correct network explorer and ask official support whether the destination was assigned to the account.
Does the same USDT ticker mean the network is the same?
No. USDT exists on multiple blockchains. The sender and receiver must support the same named network.
Can Markzino recover or credit the transaction?
No. Markzino is an editorial affiliate publisher and does not control casino accounts, deposit addresses or wallets.
